Namely, my QS Lovers.
I didn't get much done, since Saturday and Sunday are the busiest days of the week for me, but here's the little bit I did get done:
Three shades of grey for the background/sky.
And the pattern pic, since it's been a tiny little while:
I think this will be my IHSW project all year long, just to see how that goes. Maybe I can actually finish one whole page, lol!
*EDIT*
Forgot to add my TUSAL pic, with my new (rather old) ort jar posing with some filled ort jars.
That is going to be gorgeous when it's all finished and it sounds like a wonderful idea for a IHSW project for the year.
ReplyDeleteYour orts look lovely, and I love that QS. I have the full sized one on my wishlist. (I have a Nene Thomas in progress already, so maybe when I finish that one... Oh, wait, I already have another one picked out to do in it's place. NM.) Grats on the progress. I think you got a lot done. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteI love your QS so far. *grins* It looks like it's going to be gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress on your "lovers" and your jars are so pretty! :)
ReplyDeleteHi
ReplyDeleteLove your IHSW project, it's awesome!
Great start!! Wow those jars are full and colourful!!
ReplyDeleteLooking good, Tama. :D Oooh, something to look forward to on each IHSW!
ReplyDeleteGreat start on the QS!
ReplyDeleteLove your ort jars. Your new start is awesome. I envy all of you who do HAEDs. I bought several a few years ago, but didn't realize they had to be on small count fabric. I can only use 14 ct aida and they would be just to big.
ReplyDeleteI so enjoy reading your blog.
Linda
a little bit of stitching is better then none at all,a good start
ReplyDeleteGreat start! :)
ReplyDeleteThis project is going to look really fantastic when it's done, and the year-long IHSW thing is a good idea, too! Best of luck as you go on with stitching it!
ReplyDeleteGreat start on Lovers, it's looking excellent so far. I'll be keeping an eye on this one as I almost picked it for the SAL instead of Blue Moon :-)
ReplyDeleteI soooo love your HAED! So romantic:)
ReplyDeleteGreat start.
The lovers is my second favorite Nene Thomas, so I am so excited you started it (and would love if it was a hermit piece all year round)! Great start and happy stitching!
ReplyDeleteLovely start on QS Lovers ;)
ReplyDeleteIt was a very nice start in a project that it's seem very difficult..but beautiful! Keep it up;)
