Sunset Birds Update :D

I'm going back to the name that was on the listing for this one :D

Anyway, I've been unable to stop working on it recently (throwing my rotation out the window), and I finished the part with the three birds.

The giant pink flower was next:

Done!

So that's the first half conquered :D :D :D

And the second half to go:

Here's the next part:

In this small picture, it looks like a little boat being pursued by a giant swan XD

I've been so obsessed with this one that I slipped off the no-stash wagon (I wasn't holding on hard to begin with) and bought a few more of these kits.  I'll show you when they come in.  Anyway, I promise I'll get back to my rotation soon.  Especially since Stitch Maynia is coming up, which means I'll get to put some new starts in!

Happy Stitching!

  2. Great progress =)
This may be a quite stupid comment, but I still don't get how these projects work. Do you just stitch some parts (those with the numbers on them) and leave the background as it is? I'm sorry, I never had a printed kit :D

    1. That's how this one works. The background is permanently printed, and the symbol parts will rinse off when you soak it in water. Most of my other kits don't have a printed background; the whole cloth is covered in symbols. Those are really going to be fun :D
